All workers on assembly line should have training for at least one week before assembly job, as to get efficient work and assembly completely according to instruction. For the daily output, normally we can get around 2,000 units per day based on one assembly line, so usually we can finish the assembly work for one 40HQ within two days.
For tooling development, we can finish the tooling of one completed unit within one month with imported modernized CNC and other advanced equipment; It demonstrates our strong ability of OEM/ODM service.
As to injection, only with five machines, the capacity per day is 1500pcs plastic jar for blenders, 1800pcs plastic housing and 2000pcs plastic base.
Except power cord, packing materials, blades, controller, almost all other components produced by our factory, such as plastic housing, stainless steel housing, inner pot, motor, etc., so as to get best control on delivery date and arrange shipment as our customer’s shipping schedule.
